Fix : Turn off iCloud backup
It seems like the message is shown due to iCloud backup process. The message "get ready for your new iPhone" will show on iPhone screen if you have some issue with the iCloud backups. Try turning off iCloud back up on the iPhone (after the iCloud backup is complete).
To turn off iCloud back up
Go to Settings > (your name), then tap iCloud.
Now Tap Manage Storage > Backups.
After that Tap the name of the device.
Tap Delete Backup > Turn OFF.
If this still does not fix the issue, Try deleting all the backups (old & new)
