How to fix Amazon OTP not working ? Try these fix!

Amazon have come up with latest security feature for its customer. Two factor authentication is one of login security feature. But the security feature can be issue for many user if the feature like OTP verification does not work.

Amazon is supposed to send OTP but the users are not receiving OTP from the Amazon, not matter how long they wait. How to bypass amazon OTP verification? 

Fix : Reboot the Phone

In some cases Amazon OTP may take some time like 5-10 mins due to network congestion. Try to restart phone and it should works.

Fix : Check with Carrier provider 

You SIM card network provider may have OTPs blocked on your phone for some reason. Please call the customer care and check with them. If this is the case you should ask for them to fix it for you.  

Fix : Contact Amazon Customer care

If is OTP not coming from Amazon you can email to Amazon's customer care email directly explaining the issue & they should be able to help you. Check for customer care as per your country and try calling them. 

Fix : Use Google Authentication app

If Amazon OTP is not working for you then there is workaround to solve the problem. You can request a new password ("forgot password"), they will forward to your email the link. Then set up 2 factor authorization using Google Authenticator app or something like that other than by SMS.
