Spotify Blend is really a cool feature that lets you combine your favorite songs list with your friend. Blend keeps on updating on daily basis on what you are listening to. Blends are being created they use a pool of songs formed from the listening preferences you both have at this moment in time.
But many users are facing issue that Spotify Blend is not updating. Also the songs don’t changes as per listening pattern. In some other cases the users are unable to open the blend playlist.

Spotify Blend is a new feature and it is created from what you are listening to other than your personalised lists , your playlist like daily mix does not really count for "new music", as these are also already based on your preferences and are basically using the same pool of songs used for creating your Blend experience in the first place.
It seems that Blend algorithm by Spotify is designed for new users. But Spotify have really missed a strong point here that there's tons of music locked up in historic behaviour and right now Blend doesn't seem to have access to it except the very first 50 song playlist it produces. Hopefully Spotify will look into it.
