How to fix Spotify Blend not Working “Blend not found” ?

Spotify Blend Playlist is trending feature from the App developers that lets you combine your favourite songs list with your friend. This is great as the Blend Playlists keeps on updating on daily basis on what you and your friends are listening to. Blends are created dynamically and updated regularly from the songs formed from the listening preferences.

But for many users Blend doesn't work. Gives the error "Something went wrong. Try again." While for other users the blend link is expired. This is annoying as users are unable to join the friends blends. 

The issue painful for the users as they try to create/join a blend, the response  received is "blend not found".
