How to fix Playstation Store Not loading & Stuck on “Please Wait” : PS4 Pro, PS5?

Many Playstation players are reporting issue with the Playstation Store not Loading on PS4 Pro and PS5.  The issue is the Play station store stuck on please wait loading screen and does not load any app/ Game on it. Everything else is working and loading except the store. While some other users are reporting that images are not loading on PlayStation store.

How to fix PlayStation Store stuck on “Please Wait” and Not loading : PS5, PS4 Pro  2022 ?

Fix  :  Test your network connections

The store can be slow sometimes, try shutting off your console, then test your connection on PS4 (Settings > network > test internet connection), and try again. If that doesn’t work, maybe you should try to reset your router.

Fix: Quick Workaround

One easy workaround to fix PSN store not loading is to try

1. Go to Settings
2. Network
3. Turn off "Connect to the internet"
4. Turn it back on

Fix : Logout and login back

Other common solution to fix Playstore network not working is to Logout from PSN network and turn off the PS4, after that turn ON the PS and log in back to your account. Now try opening the PlayStation store and hopefully this will work.

Fix : Change from WiFi network

Many user who are using WiFi network are facing issue and the Playstation store does not load for them. A slow internet connection can cause this issue and to fix that Try using a LAN network or you can directly plug (hardwire using CAT8) PS4 with the router and this should fix the problem. 

Fix.: Change the frequency of WiFI 

Other common solution to fix the Playstation stuck on search result is due to its WiFi settings.  Go to settings>Network>Set Up Internet Connection> press the options button> advanced settings. Now change the Wi-Fi Frequency Bands to 5ghz or 2.4ghz from Automatic. Seems like PS5 on Automatic mode is unable to connect to internet over WiFi.

Fix : Turn off IPV6 Setting 

In the latest  Router models you may face network error, Playstation not working error due to network setting to IPV6. Go Into your router, Go to IPv6 support, Disable it. It is set to ON as default in many router now a days. Save setting and the network issue should be fixed now.
