How to fix Amazon order page not working : App/Desktop?

Amazon is now the fastest growing eCommerce website and have billions of customers. Many users find that the service and customer experience is great with Amazon. But recently many users are facing issue with Amazon Website and Amazon app not showing Order Page. The Order page is not working for the Amazon users one all type of devices including iPhone, iPad, Android phones, Windows PC, MacBook etc.

The issue is "Open Orders" is missing from "Your Orders" page on Amazon and past Amazon order not appearing in my orders section. The users are unable to see what is in transit. This is annoying for the user are it bothers them a lot to not to see their orders.  The issues seems to worldwide in general and pre orders are not showing up in amazon. This is specially problematic if you want to modify or cancel the order. 



How to fix Amazon order page not working ? Desktop/iPhone/Android ?


Fix : Access from direct link


There is a common workaround fix for the missing order page from the Amazon. Please open your Amazon orders from the below link and this should show you order page with all your orders.


https://www.amazon.com/gp/your-account/order-history?orderFilter=open


Please note if you are living outside USA then please change the link as per you country eg for UK user please use amazon.uk ,or amazon.ca (for Canada users)



Fix : Search for individual order


If you use the Amazon app you can search for your orders individually and view them that way. I hope this works for you. 



Fix : Wait for some time


Sometime due to server maintenance or changes by Amazon support team the order page may be disabled. That happens from time to time. They usually clear it up within the hour.

Just wait for few hours and refresh the page and hopefully this will work.
