Discord Crashing while Editing Server settings, error “Well This is Awkward” ?

Many Discord user are reporting issue that their server keeps on crashing and does not work. Specially while doing any changes in server settings the Discord crashes on iOS, Android and on desktop version. Restarting the app does not fix the issue and Discord keeps crashing every 15 -20 minutes.

Discord app keeps crashing on server edit

The Discord server crashes and shows page with “Well This is Awkward” message. Discord server is crashing for all small changes in server like  'Mark as a server as read.', right clicking on server settings. This is annoying as it will crash completely and won’t work.

Fix : Delete App Data

If Discord server is crashing for you then this could be due to some software glitch. Wait for some time if the issue does not fix then 

• -On windows delete %appdata%/discord

• -On linux it's $HOME/.config/discord

Fix : Re-downloaded discord 

The issue could be due to some software glitch on storage related issue in the Discord. Try deleting the discord app-> Reboot the device redownload the app and it should fix the issue.  

Fix : Check Discord server Status
