How to fix Facebook Pay not working: iPhone/ Android?

  Facebook is continuously working on its services and expanding its domain. A new Facebook Pay is launched by the company. The feature is tied up with the Messenger app. But recently many user are facing issue with the feature that the Facebook is not working. In some cases Facebook pay is not showing up in messenger.

Every-time while trying to do a transaction Facebook Pay does not work and the payment is not getting processed. In some cases the Facebook pay is not accepting card while for some other users reports that the Facebook pay does not work with Paypal also. The issue is spread across different devices like iPhone , iPad etc. 

How to fix Facebook Pay not working/ Messenger not showing Facebook Pay 2022?: iPhone 13, iPad, Android Devices

Fix : Unusual activity. 

There may be some unusual activities from your Facebook account and due to this Facebook can block you from using Facebook Pay. For example if Facebook detects unusual sign up attempt to your account then automatic Facebook system can block payments in order to protect your account.

Fix : Check the supported device

The Facebook is not supported on the Desktop version of Facebook Messenger. Please make sure you are using the iPhone, iPad or android device to access the Facebook Pay.

Fix : Add and Remove payment method

Please try to remove and re-add the bank credit card etc attached to Facebook Pay. Due to some glitch the payment might not be working between app and the bank. Try removing the payment method and re-add to fix that. 

Fix : Check with Bank 

If Facebook payment are getting failed then  this could be due to 

issue with the processing of your payment at your bank or payment provider. If you are having trouble paying with your ad account, try changing it or contact you bank and discuss the issue with them.
