Disney+ showing black Screen on Login Page: Desktop/Windows/Firestick/Roku?

Disney+ is faster growing OTT platform and millions of users are watching their favourite shows on it. But many Disney Plus users are facing issue while trying to login on the screen,  just goes black and won’t let login. Disney+ works fine on amazon stick TV but doesn’t seem to work on laptop browser like Google Chrome, Safari and Firefox etc

Disney+ on Windows/ Roku/ macbook keeps on showing black blank screen after pressing LOGIN on the login page. Due to this Disney+ will not load at all on Windows PC and other devices . This is annoying as the  Disney+ does not load on any browser/ Windows/ macbook etc . The issue is seen across different MacBook Air, MacBook Pro etc.

Fix : Report issue to Disney+ live-chat

First thing you should do  is report the issue to disney+ live-chat. You may not be able to login on Disney Plus due to blocked IP address. Just ask then to check and clear your IP addresse .If you are seeing black screen while trying to long to Dispneyplus login screen then this could be due to your IP address is blocked by Disney due to suspicious activities. 

Fix : Download Disney+ app

If you are watching Disney+  on window/ macbook  and login screen is not working for you and shows black screen. There is a workaround to watch Disney plus on Windows PC and Macbook . To watch Disney+ app Download the app from the windows store/ App Store. The app should work normally and you should be able to watch any shows on Disney+. 

Fix : Toggle Network connection

To fix Disney Plus black screen while trying to log in to Dispneyplus, you may try to use a different network connection like different WIFI network or use mobile data etc. This workaround can help to play Disney plus till your network issue gets resolved. 

Fix :  Turn off Extension Adblock, add-ons from web browser

The Disney+ can show black screen on Browser could be due to Adblocker or add-ons installed in the browser. Uninstall or remove adblocker and add-ons from the web browser and check if it lets Disney plus to open.  This extension and Adblocker seems to be major reason for many users facing the issue. 

Fix : Report issue to Disney support and wait for some times

If none of the above solutions work for you, then this could be due to server side issue in Disney plus. Report the issue to Disney plus support team and wait for some time and this issue should get fixed itself within 1-2 days.
