gohenry app Not Working/unable to login : Android/iPhone
For many gohenry app users are reporting issue that they are not able to login into the mobile app. Specially the android user are mostly affected with the issue. The child or the users is unable to access the account. While trying to login into the gohenry mobile app users are just seeing black screen. Not only login issue but some other Android usere are not able to login to the online app for some reason which is preventing me from activating card. Even after resetting password and it still won't let log in.

The issue is very annoying and frustrating as the affected android users can’t send child money for something important, no update or email. While the case is reported with gohenry and they are working on this but there is no stable fix released by gohenry till date. The issue started after the user updated the gohenry app to the latest new app version 7.3.1.
How to fix unable to login on Gohenry app on Android or iPhone and showing black screen when trying to login.
Workaround : Use Web interface
As the issue is related to gohenry software system, thus the only workaround to fix the issue is to use the web interface or use web browser to open your account on the mobile. Web version of the gohenry app is working fine and you can do most of the work from there.
Fix :
As the app developer are working to fix login issue on gohenry app, you can wait for the next version of the app to release on the PlayStore as gohenry has tweeted that the have fixed the issue and it will be soon available on the Playstore.
If gohenry card not working, please read below tips
- -Check it you have set saving goal on the app. This will affect how much money you can spend or withdraw. To spend money from the saving the child needs to transfer some money from the saving to spending section.
- -Check your spend limit. You cannot spend more than the limit set.
- -attempting a transaction with a merchant that has an 'over 18' merchant code
- -not trying to withdraw more than £120 in a single transaction or more than £120 in a day, or that there has been more than 3 withdrawals that day.
