iPhone "Time to leave" alerts not available because location-based services not available

Many iPhone 12 , 11 Pro Max users are facing issue with Calendar reminder that the Time to Leave feature is not working on the calendar. Calendar alert Time To Leave is crossed out and below that it shows message “Time to leave alerts are not available because location-based services are not available”. As a general troubleshooting when iPhone users are trying to reboot the iPhone it is still not working. 

The feature is very useful for many users as you can create a new event in calendar, type in the location, select the “Alert” option, then chose “Time to Leave.” Now, no matter where you're at, Calendar will send you an alert when you need to leave for your next event using the current traffic conditions.

Time to leave feature in iPhone stopped working for many users randomly. The feature used to work perfectly but all of a sudden it stopped working. How to fix Time to Leave feature on working on iPhone Calendar: 

Fix : turn on “location based alert”

Got to settings>privacy> Location services> scroll all the way down to System Services and go to Location -Based Alert and turn on.  After turning on this feature you can now see that time to live feature in calendar setting is working fine.

Please be informed that if you are using iCloud then if you turn off this feature from any of the device like Mac, in that case also time to live feature will stop working.
