Trump Turned White House Into Tesla Showroom As Elon Continues To Pad Trump’s Coffers

It’s probably time to start thinking of the White House and all its prestige as simply an Elon Musk showroom. Since taking office, President Trump has allowed the “first friend” unfettered access to the place. He’s even in the Oval Office with the press answering questions. He’s basically the white Puff Daddy, as he stays all in the videos and all over the records.
After learning that Tesla stock plummeted because Musk has spent the majority of his influence trying to make the United States the old apartheid South Africa, the president decided to literally turn the South Lawn of the White House into a Tesla auto sales center.
“Tesla delivered five of its vehicles to the White House and parked them on a driveway for Trump to personally inspect, hours after he said on Truth Social that he planned to buy a Tesla to demonstrate his support for Musk and for the slumping company,” NBC News reports.
Because it’s totally normal to have a “first friend” who has not renounced his affiliation to all of his business to have a complete White House auto showroom with a presidential endorsement. Trump called the cars “beautiful” including the cybertruck which looks like a three-year-old’s drawing of a car.
“As soon as I saw it, I said, ‘That is the coolest design,’” Trump said. It’s important to note that Trump likes ketchup on his steak and goes to McDonald’s and doesn’t order french fries. Clearly, he’s not to be trusted.
Also, we must note here that Republicans have been hell-bent on ignoring electric vehicles because they hate cars that don’t run on gas. But for some reason–I can think of a billion reasons–Tesla has made its way through the cracks and is a beloved vehicle of the right.
The president then got in the driver’s seat to pretend he was driving–all children love to play drive– and then noted that he planned to buy one.

“‘The one I like is that one, and I want the same color,’ he said, pointing to a red Model S. The vehicle is listed on the Tesla website for $73,490, or $88,490 for the all-wheel-drive Model S Plaid,” NBC News reports.
Later the same day, the New York Times reported that Musk planned on donating some $100 million to entities that are controlled by Trump’s political operation. This all comes after Musk spent nearly $300 million to ensure that Trump made it back to the White House.
“It is unheard of for a White House staffer, even one with part-time status, to make such large political contributions to support the agenda of the boss,” the Times reports. “But there has never been someone in the direct employ of an administration like Mr. Musk, the world’s wealthiest person, who is leading Mr. Trump’s aggressive effort to shrink the federal government, the Department of Government Efficiency.”
While it’s unclear if “Make America Great Again Inc., a super PAC, and Securing American Greatness, a political nonprofit” would receive monies or if a new group would be created by the Trump team, there is no doubt that the financial windfall is significant.
“Mr. Musk is still committed to his own super PAC, which has now spent $6 million to support a conservative candidate in the Wisconsin Supreme Court election next month,” the Times reports. “He spent close to $300 million on the presidential race last cycle, almost all through America PAC, which he founded last year.”
It’s unclear if this relationship is pay-for-play or quid-pro-quo but it sure feels like Musk has created a secure place in this presidency by ensuring his money is working for him.
