How to fix Webtoon not working: iOS/ Android ?

Webtoon is great place for reading and getting updates on your comics collection. It has thousands of creative comics writer and you can always subscribe to that. But recently many users are facing issue with the webtoon site and app not working.

The Webtoon has app on both iOS and Android platforms and the webtoon is not working on both platforms and iPhone, iPad, Samsung , Pixel etc. The issue is that the users is not able to login into Webtoon account and the webtoon app is stuck on loading screen. 

The issue started randomly and the app was working fine till then, this is annoying issue. In some cases even when the user is able to login but still nothing is shown on the app screen and just blank screen is shown and is stuck on loading. 

How to fix Webtoon not working 2022 ?

Fix : Clear cache (For Android users)

To fix Webtoon app related issue like software glitch etc please clear the app cache and data. Please follow below steps for that :

- On you Android Phone tap on  ‘MORE’ on the bottom right of the home screen.

- then Tap on ‘SETTINGS’.

- then Scroll down to the 'OPTION' section.

- after that Tap on ‘Clear Cache’.

-  Now Close the WEBTOON app and any other apps before restarting WEBTOON.

Fix :  Check your network connection.

As the Webtoon app uses internet to work, the WEBTOON pages may not open or start properly when your network connection is unstable or have week signal strength. Try connecting to some different WiFi network or switch to mobile data and check if the app loads fine. You may also contact your network service provider if you are unable to connect to your network.

Fix: Delete and reinstall the app.

An outdated Webtoon app coule be possible reason for app not able load data and not able to work. Please delete the app from your phone and it is recommend that you reinstall the app from App store or Playstore. If you continue to experience the same error after reinstalling, contact us at Customer Care so we can look into the issue.

Fix : Wait for some time

The webtoon app may not be working due to server outage/ maintenance. Please wait for few hours and check back later if the problem is automatically fixed.
