How to fix #images "could not load results" iPhone 12 / iOS 15 ?
Many iPhone 13, 12 Pro users are facing issue that #images are not working. iMessage provide #images feature and lots of iPhone users are found of using it. But recently in iOS 15 update the #images gif searching is not working and not showing up result and does not load. Hashtag images stopped working on the iPhone 11/12 on iOS 15 etc and images and gif are missing from there. Removing and re-adding the app does not seem to help.

How to fix #images and Gifs not working in iPhone 13,12,11 Pro, iOS 15 , iPad Pro.
Fix : Turn off VPN Service
If #images are not loading then One reason could be VPN installed in iPhone. If you are using any VPN app in your iPhone then you might see this issue and #images may not work on the iPhone. VPN app plays with your phone IP address and this is the most common issue of #images not loading. Please remove or disable VPN app from your iPhone to make #images work.
Fix : Turn on MMS Messaging
Make sure that MMS messaging is On in your iPhone to support #images and Gifs. Go to Settings>Messages>Turn On ‘MMS Messaging and now try again to send #images on iPhone 13/ iOS 15.
Fix : Enable mobile data for #hashtag images
One common solution to fix #images not working is to turn ON mobile data for #images, the setting is off for many users facing issues with Message/ iMessages #images on mobile data. #images requires permission to use them on mobile data.
Go to Settings > Mobile Data > Turn on “Hashtag Image”. Please reboot the iPhone after this and check if iMessage loads now or not.
Fix : Turn off WIFI Assist
In many cases after iOS updates some setting may get toggled. If hashtagimages (#images) are not loading in your iPhone. Check if Wi-Fi Assist is ON by in iOS 15.x update. If you don't want your iOS device to stay connected to the Internet when you have a poor Wi-Fi connection, you can disable Wi-Fi Assist. Go to Settings -> Cellular or Settings -> Mobile Data. Then scroll down and tap the slider for Wi-Fi Assist.
Fix : Toggle iMessage
Due to some software glitch in your iPhone, #images may stop to load properly and to fix that you should try to Toggle iMessage settings. Go to Settings->Messages-> iMessage - > Turn this OFF and after that turn it back ON.
Fix : Change Region Settings
One other common solution to fix #images not working on iPhone is to toggle region settings. Go to iPhone settings -> Language & Region-> Change region to United Kingdom. Reboot iPhone and Change region back to United States.
Fix : Add the #images again
One other way to fix the issue when #images are missing from iPhone/ iOS is to Re-add the #images. · In In order to add the Images open the Messages by tapping on its icon. On Messages interface, open the app drawer and tap on “+” icon. After that, choose Manage. Remove the #images and re-add it.
Fix : Reset Network settings
If none of the above solution helped you to fix the #images not loading issue then you should try to reset iPhone Network settings. Go to iPhone Setting -> Reset & Transfer iPhone-> Reset Network setting. You iPhone will reboot during this process and only network related setting will be changed to default.
