iPhone 13 Pro screen unresponsive/freezing when Charging ?

iPhone 13/12 Pro Max is flagship iPhone from the Apple is really good with the camera and other features. But many iPhone 13 Pro users are facing issue with screen becoming unresponsive while charging the iPhone. The iPhone screen freezing started after updating to latest iOS 15.1.1 and the issue was very frequent prior to the update.

While charging iPhone 13 Pro with the cable and the 20W charger, but only when the battery level is very low (less than 10-20%). When the iPhone charges good above 50% screen works fine. Not sure if this is a hardware or software issue but it is annoying to unplug iPhone every time to use it.

Fix : Try different power adapter

The iPhone 13 user are facing screen becoming unresponsive with specific Watt power adapter. Try using different power adapter rating like 5W, 10W, 20 W. Check some good power adapter here at Amazon. 

Fix : Buy another Power adapter

The iPhone 13 screen becoming unresponsive could be faulty Power adapter. We recommend you to buy only Apple authorized Power adapter. For many iPhone users who bought a new power adapter found that old adapter is causing the touch-screen issue.  Third party charger are always issue for Apple devices like iPad and iPhone had issue if Touch id not working due to faulty adapter. Fix : update iPhone to latest iOS

Since the issue of screen freezing started after iOS 15 update therefore there is high chances that the issue have started after the iOS 15.1.1 which may have introduced bug in it. To get a permanent fix please report the issue to Apple and keep updating the iPhone to latest version of iOS 15.
