How to fix Xbox One Games Not loading past Title Screen ?

Xbox one is one of the fastest growing gaming platform which support almost all the latest games. But many Xbox one users are facing issue while starting a game on the xbox one. The issue is Games not loading past splash screens. The issue is seen across different games like I am Fish, Call of duty, Fortnight, Skatebird etc.  The issue is very annoying as xbox one will not load any games past the title screen. After the title screen, it crashes and goes back to the home menu.  This issue is happening for type of app if you play digitally or through disk and anytime if you try to play a game it’ll just stall on the title screen.

The same is the case with Xbox X series and infact the issue over there is more serious as the it is crashing frequently while the game is on loading screen. 

How to fix Xbox One Games stuck on loading screen / Xbox One S Won't Load any games past title screen : 

 Fix : Power cycle the xbox

If the games is stuck on the splash screen , try to power cycle the Xbox. While the console is on, press and hold the console's Xbox button for 5 seconds.

The console will power down.

Wait 30 seconds, and then turn your console back on by again pressing the Xbox button. Insert game disc, install. Install the game while offline and wait until the game is 100% installed before trying to boot it up. Start the game and install the update

Fix : Clear network setting

If Games are not loading on Xbox one and are stuck on splash screen then try this fix to solve the issue 

1. Remove game disc from disc drive.
2. Go to My Games & Apps.
3. Check if the games being installed is displayed there.
4. Highlight the game, Press Menu button from controller, Uninstall.
5. Press Menu button from your controller, go to Settings > Network > Advance Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear > Restart.
6. If console is wired connected, remove Ethernet cable. If console is wireless, have customer go to Settings > Network > Select their Network > Disconnect. Once it is back on, press Menu button > Settings > Blu Ray & Disc > Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage three times. Follow these steps to power cycle your Xbox One Console:
   1. 1.While the console is on, press and hold the console's Xbox button for 5 seconds.
   2. 2.The console will power down.
   3. 3.Wait 30 seconds, and then turn your console back on by again pressing the Xbox button. Insert game disc, install. Install the game while offline and wait until the game is 100% installed before trying to boot it up. Start the game and install the update.

Fix : Reset the console

One last step to fix xbox one s/x stuck on logo screen is to soft reset the xbox. This will remove any software glitch, to do that please follow these steps. But please note that resetting your console to its factory defaults erases all accounts, saved games, settings, and home Xbox associations. Anything not synchronised with the Xbox network will be lost.
