Fix Video flickering on Facebook messenger/Instagram/Facebook : iPhone 13/12 ?

Many iPhone 12/13 Pro Max users are facing issue with Facebook messenger video flickering on the iPhone. The issue is reported after updating the iPhone to latest iOS 15. The issue is with many almost across all different iPhone models including the flagship iPhone 13, videos are flickering when sent through the Facebook messenger.

The video is loaded fine on the sender iPhone/Android phone but receiver is not able to watch the video due to flickering issue. Not only on Facebook messenger but video is flickering on Instagram and Twitter as well on iPhone.

Fix : Try Saving the video on iPhone

If you are unable to watch video on FB messenger due to One easy workaround to watch Facebook messenger video is to save the video on the iPhone and watch the Video on iPhone player. 

Fix : Reset the iPhone

Sometimes there are issue in updating the iPhone to latest iOS version, in such cases you should try to reset the iPhone to fix any software glitch. Go to Settings-> General->Reset-> Reset iPhone. 

Fix : Update the Facebook messenger

The video flickering issue could be due to incompatibility between iOS 15 and Facebook messenger app. The Facebook developer should update the app as per iOS 15 and the permanent fix for the issue will be released by Facebook. Many users reports that updating the messenger to 334.1 seems to fix the issue.
