Fix 1: Disable Bluetooth and WiFi

A temporary workaround to fix Amazon music/SiriusXM / Apple music not working with iPhone on iOS 15 is to disable Bluetooth and WiFi on your phone and then start playing Amazon Music and it will work fine. After this you can enable Bluetooth and WiFi.

Fix 2: Start the App and then plug iPhone to Car

There is another workaround to play Amazon music on iOS 15 is to start a song or playlist on your iphone then plug into the car while it’s playing. This seems to work fine for many iPhone users. 

Fix 3: Update Amazon Music app

With the new iOS 15 , there are lots of changes done in the core of iOS and all the apps that work on iPhone needs to address these changes.
