How to fix Disney plus premier access not working ?

Disney plus Premier access let user pay extra fee to watch some of latest cinema movie releases before anybody else. But many Disney+ users are reporting issue with the premier access that even after subscribing to premier access the Disney plus subscription premier access is not working. The premier access purchase is confirmed but still it shows  “Get premier Access” button instead of “Play button”.

How to fix Disney Plus Premier access not working ?

Fix 1: Try logging out and deleting the app

If your purchase to premier content is successful and still the Disneyplus premier access is not working for you, then please try to logout from the app and delete the app from the device. Clear the app cache from the phone. After this, reinstall the app and try logging in back. Check if you can now access the premier content. 

Fix 2: Try on some other device

If you are facing the issue on your phone then we recommend you to test the same on laptop or some other device. Try logging in on laptop and check if you can access it now. 

Fix 3:Avoid third party payment gateways

Seems like user who have made purchase using Amazon are more likely to face the issue. As per Disney+ support they are having issue with Amazon regarding payments. We suggest rather than buying premier access from amazon buy it directly from Disney+.com .

If you have made payment from third party apps like amazon you should approach them for the refund. 

Fix 4: Contact Disney plus support

IF you are not able to get access to Disney Plus premier content then it can be a technical glitch. Then only option is to reach out to Disney support and have them manually fix the problem.
