Many Xbox users are complaining about not able use Microsoft Reward App. While trying to launch the Microsoft Rewards app on the Xbox it keeps on failing. There is no error shown while launching it, the reward app will load normally and but after sometime it will go to dashboard, no error messages at all.

Also the users are not able to get daily award for the regular achievements as well. Further Searches through the bing.com website on iPad did not increase the counter on Xbox.

How to fix Microsoft Rewards app on Xbox is not working
Fix : Log In again to Rewards
To fix Microsoft reward is not working for Xbox then you should try to click on you profile icon and then "rewards". There you have to log in again. After this hopefully counter on Xbox should get to normal.
Fix : Hard reset the Xbox
Please try a hard reset by pressing the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts off completely. Then unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Fix : Check for Microsoft Server Outage
If Microsoft is having a service outage then you might see issues like Microsoft rewards app not working, So please check the status here Xbox Status | Xbox Support.
Fix : Report & Wait for Microsoft to fix the issue
As most probably the issue is with Microsoft Reward app/server, you should report the issue to Microsoft Rewards Support for assistance and wait for them to release a permanent fix for the issue.
