Many iPhone users using the Beats PowerBeats Pro are facing issue that that it is shutting down with randomly with battery in it . iPhone user using the Beats buds are seeing this randomly, even when the buds are 50% charged are still seeing this issue. The Beats buds turning off with battery seems to be issue with both right and left bud, right earbud turns off at 80% and my left is usually shortly after that around 70%.

The issue is commonly seen in the left bud as the left bud turns off even after usage of 20min after a complete charge. The issue seems to be exclusively with Apple product like iPhone 12/11 Pro Max , iPad Pro 11 etc.

Fix 1: Try draining the battery on both buds
To fix PowerBeats buds randomly shutting down with the iPhone you should try to discharge the buds to drain the battery completely and then charge them back to max level (Drained both earpieces and the case to 0% and charged all devices back to 100%). Once it is fully charged , the buds should work normally.
Fix 2: Unpair and repair the bud
Another way to fix the issue is to unpair and repair to buds to iPhone again and check if this works normally now.
Fix 3: Do Firmware/software update
If still the issue persists then we recommend you to do a firmware update of PowerBeats buds and also to your iPhone’s iOS version.
