iPhone users are facing issue with Folio case that the Folio disconnecting calls when opening it or closing it. It seems like that folio case is able to touch the screen, for example when iPhone users receives a call and when folio case is open it has already received the call and disconnected it.
This is happening almost with all the calls received on the iPhone, iPhone rings but when open the cover, it disconnects the call. This is happening with iOS 14 and all latest iPhone models like iPhone 12/11/10 etc. This is very annoying as Apple cases costing above $100 are giving such issues.

You can actually lock your iPhone to avoid calls getting answered from folio case. Here is how you can do it:
- Open Settings
- Swipe down and tap Display & Brightness
- Swipe down again and look for Lock / Unlock
- Make sure it is toggled on
