How to fix Facebook memories not working ? [2021]

Facebook nowadays is an integral part of many people across the world. The continuous improvement or addition of new feature makes Facebook most popular social media product platform as well. But despite the fact that Facebook is really a great social website, there are many a times when users are facing issue with Facebook Feature. One such issue is Facebook memories not working.  Many users are facing problems with Facebook that there are not Facebook memories shown to them in the FB account.

But it seems that Memories are missing from FB account now. Facebook is not loading memories and says "May be having technical difficulties, please try reloading the page.”  Or in some cases only white page. 

 Facebook memories is a great way to share your all pictures with new friends. But it is very surprising and annoying to see Facebook memories not showing up.

How to fix Facebook memories not loading on Windows/Mac/Google Chrome/iPhone/ Android phone/app

Fix 1 : Logout and login back

 When is the solution to fix the issue is the log out from Facebook and login back again. Log out, clear your cache and browser history, restart your device and log in again. Once you have to login successfully please check the memory section for memories. 

Fix 2: Scroll the page

If you are not able to find a particular memories, then this can be issued with order of memories. Some users seeing memories out of order on Facebook for example 2 year memory is showing after eight year memory.

Fix 3 : Try on different devices

If Facebook memories are not loading up or showing up then you should try to open your Facebook account on different devices, operating system, browsers. If Facebook memories are not loading on all the different browser also then wait for next Facebook update for permanent fix. 

Fix 4:  Reinstall the app

If you're on mobile, log out, uninstall the app, restart your device, reinstall the app and log in again. 

Fix 5 : Disable extension

Log out of any third-party apps or browser extensions that are connected to your Facebook or Instagram accounts. Also make sure to disable any third-party add-ons to your browser.
