How to fix the issue McDonald app crashing on iPhone 12 Pro Max

Many iPhone 12 ,11 Pro Max, XR users are facing issue with the McDonald’s app that in the iPhone the McDonald’s app stopped working. While opening McDonald’s app on the iPhone,  the app will not open and gets crashed. Due to issue in the McDonald app the iPhone user is not able to login on the app. This is very strange and annoying as the McDonald app automatically logged me out and now never lets me login. The issue seems to be with iPhone only as the app works fine with the Android phones.

While checking the logs for issue, it gives initialization error. The user who had already been login the app are forced to logout from the app and McDonald’s app is not letting them login back to the account. The initialisation issue in McDonald’s app started after updating the McDonald’s app. The App will not even open now it crashes immediately ,before it would open giving you the initialization critical error.

Fix 3: Report issue to McDondald support

Contact McDonald's Support:

Enter: [your mobile app version]

Enter: What you need assistance with (up to 1,200 characters)

Proceed from there as necessary

But in the end we can answer that companies like McDonald's should test their app very well before placing it to the public as basic issues like login failure, not able to login are not expected. Hopefully in upcoming releases of McDonald's app we will see a permanent fix for the issue.
