How to fix Medela app not working, keeps logging out
MyMedela Baby Tracker is a great app for tracking breast feeding schedule of a baby. But recently many of its users are reporting about connection issue and forced logout.
On both Android and iOS systems Medela app users are reporting that Medela app is not working, the issue is suddenly the Medela app logged them out and users are not able to login back to Medela app.

Users are getting logged out for Medela app for no reason and more surprisingly it says “Connection error” No connection to WiFi or mobile data. However all the other apps on the phone are working normally and able to access internet. Due to this issue many android and iOS users are not able to use “MyMedela Baby Tracker, Breastfeeding & Lactation” as it not working properly.

Fix 1: Check for pending updates
Please check-in play store or App Store for any pending updates for Medela app. As the android and iOS keeps on updating platforms to new version, it becomes essential for app developers to update new app. If you are running an older version of the app then you might face issues like Medela app disconnecting or getting forced logout continuously.
Fix 2: Change password and Log out and login back again
If you're able to login in Medela apps for sometime then we recommend you to change your password and log out manually and login back, this is because if you are using the app from more than one device then you might face issues like force log out from Medela app.
Fix 3: Disable VPN
If Medela app is not able to connect to internet or keeps on dropping internet connection, then one big reason can be that you are using VPN to control your network setting. On iOS/ iPhone:
Open settings app-> General->Storage->find and tap on Medela-> Tap on offload app.
Fix 7 : Create New account
If nothing works for you then as a last workaround you can try to create a new account on Medela app to eliminate any account related problems. If the new account still give some problem, we recommend you to contact app developer and report the issue.
